The primary purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors on the acceptance behavior of user in Home Trading System(HTS). The study investigates the causal relationship among one component(Perceived Security, User Trust) and basic factors of TAM(Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Intention to Adopt and Actual Usage). The SEM (Structural Equation Model) were used for hypothesis-testing. The results of the study were as follows; First, it was found that the perceived security of HTS had a positive significant effect on user trust and PEU, but an insignificant effect on PU. Second, the user trust had a positive effect on PEU, PU and intention to adopt. Third, PEU had a positive effect on PU. Fourth, the PU had a positive effect on intention to adopt, but PEU had not a positive effect on it. Finally, the intention to adopt had a positive effect on the actual usage. It is also thought that the results of this study will provide securities firms with basic data and information required in dealing with the design of HTS-based performance management system, the provision and improvement of high quality HTS services.

본 연구는 온라인 증권거래시스템의 하나인 홈트레이딩시스템(Home Trading System: 이하 HTS)에 대한 지각된 보안성((Perceived Security)이 사용자신뢰, 채택의도 및 실제사용도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 설문지법을 사용해서 유효표본 400매를 수집하였으며, 가설검증을 위해서 SPSS와 AMOS 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model: SEM)을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, HTS에 대한 지각된 보안성은 사용자신뢰(trust)와 지각된 사용용이성(Perceived Ease of Use)에 정의 유의적인 영향을 미쳤지만, 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness)에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 사용자신뢰는 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성 그리고 HTS의 채택의도에 정의 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, HTS에 대한 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 정의 유의적인 영향을 미쳤지만 HTS의 채택의도에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 지각된 유용성은 HTS의 채택의도에 정의 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, HTS의 채택의도는 실제사용도에 정의 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 학문적․실무적 관점에서 볼 때 최근에 경영학 분야(혹은 상업교육 분야)에서 중요하게 다루고 있는 HTS 기반의 성과관리시스템의 설계는 물론 HTS에 대한 고품질의 보안서비스를 제공하고, 시스템보안과 신뢰성의 역할에 대한 대학교육에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이외에도 본 연구의 결과는 사용자들이 보안에 대한 염려 없이 안심하고 거래할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
