This article is dedicated to influence of the human capital on preparation and labor education, motivation of a staff. It is defined what exactly education is the power of a strong state, and knowledge is the most expensive capital. It is also underlined, that when Uzbekistan started its own way of development, which is aimed on shaping social oriented market economy, the importance of education has been taken into consideration. The basic directions of reforming of education, its financial potential are analyzed. The conclusion that reinforcement of the investment processes in social sphere, eventually, will seriously influence on well-being level of the population that is in turn will reflect positively on life expectancy index and other factors of the human development are given. Since market economy presents the advanced requirements to the level of qualification of the specialists, growth of their social mobility, and professionalism, it becomes important to relate system of higher education with labor market for provision of balanced supply and demand of the skilled staff. On the base of it, the situation on labor market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, branch employment structure of labor market, factors (such as demographic power towards labor market) that influence on labor market are analyzed, and several steps for the improvement of labor market are proposed. Finally, it is concluded that the strategy of state in field of labor resource expects the creation of the conditions in which each person can show his or her own ability to work and ability to provide well existence for him or herself and for family by using ones labor.
