This study is to investigate the characteristics and developing aspects of the Internet E-Commerce appeared as the core field of digital economy on the basis of rapid development of Data Communication Technology. And it is to focus on the increase of ability that Korean corporations can cope with the era of rapid digital economy softly and positively by analyzing and examining the change of general paradigm about the business management according to the advance of digital economy. Also, it is to conclude as groping for the prospects of Internet E-Commerce hereafter and for the improving subjects for activating it in the ear of digital economy.
