This research is conducted to find out differences between men & women, outstanding & ordinary junior professionals and create reference data for management of junior golfers, maximization of their athletic performances by examining their home background, their teams they belong and recognitions of themselves. For this research, 150 men and 60 women professionals who are members of junior golf association became the survey targets. As for data processing, SAS was used and chi-square test was used to verify independence of each survey questions. Also average, standard deviation verification and t-test were implemented. With this research process, it was concluded that First, living standards of junior professional golfers were figured out as average (45.3%) and above-average(37.5%), and golf expanses were different depending on their living standards. Second, school absence percentage of junior professionals was 86.2%. Their academic grades were influenced by the number of their class absences. Third, there were more time for training and course rounding for men and outstanding junior professionals. Fourth, most junior professionals choose to become golf professionals as advices of their parents & siblings are deeply considered. Fifth, the interest level of their parents and satisfaction level of juniors themselves affect greatly on their athletic performances. Sixth, the junior professionals who consider their jobs in line with their aptitudes have very optimistic view on their future prospects and well satisfied with their present jobs. Seventh, among the present junior professionals, 87.1% decided to continue their jobs and 58% said they want to be great professionals. Outstanding juniors responded higher than ordinary juniors in this survey question.
