Recently the environment of international trade has showed the expansion of free trade era, the increase of using the electronic communication in the trade and the change of transportation custom characteristically. The ICC has promulgated these changes as named of "Incoterms 2000" by positive accepting and has used in the international trade. Accordingly, this study is to investigate the reasons and characteristics of Incoterms2000 revised and it is to present the cautions on the practical business affairs clearly by deducing the problems on the practical business affairs under the regulations. Also it is to enlarge the smooth international trade.
