The purpose of this study is to investigate synonyms identified in Changjinbangchwalyo(瘡疹方撮要). Changjinbangchwalyo is a medical book published in 1517. Chapter 1 discusses the purpose of study and previous studies about changjinban-gchwalyo. Chapter 2 deals with synonyms of proper words. The synonyms of proper words devide into synonyms in nouns and synonyms in verbs. Chapter 3 investigates synonyms between proper words and Sino-Korean words. Chapter 4 studies synonyms between Sino-Korean words.

이 논문은 『瘡疹方撮要』(1517)에서 확인되는 同義語를 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 『창진방촬요』
는 1517년에 간행된 醫書로 발진성 전염병인 瘡疹의 증상과 치료법을 기술하고 있다. 본고에서는 『瘡疹方撮要』의 단어들을 固有語와 漢字語로 분류하고 이들 사이의 同義 관계를 名詞類와 動詞類로 나누어 살펴본다. 動詞類는 다시 動作動詞와 狀態動詞로 나누어 살펴본다. 1장에서는 硏究의 目的과 『瘡疹方撮要』에 대한 先行 硏究를 밝힌다. 2장에서는 固有語들 사이의 同義語를 다룬다. 3장에서는 固有語와 漢字語 사이의 同義語를 다룬다. 4장에서는 漢字語들 사이의 同義語를 다룬다.
