This paper analyzes the reality of the post-adolescence and the supporting policies for the problems derived from that in comtemporary Japan society. To put it concretely, this paper examines the change of the relation between school and industries, the change of thought about marriage and leaving-home from parents. Furthermore, this parer examines theses problems on the two perspectives of socio-structural and personal level. I categorized the supporting policies for the post-adolescents as an employment support policy, marriage and childbirth support policy, housing support policy. Through this analysis on the reality and the policies of japan government, I would like to suggest some implications as follows. First, The most important and the most meaningful policy on the transition school to work is the economic independence by employment policy. so for this, we should consider about affirmative employment policy for pot-adolescents. Second, It is needed of the recognition that society should resolve and support for the marriage and the childbirth with responsibility. and it is required that the comprehensive and systemic supporting system from the pregnancy, the childbirth to the childhood. Third, the housing problems for the youths, especially for the unmarried youths should be included as one of major agendas in the national level. Moreover we should approach the problems of housing for post-adolescents as a perspective of 'a right', 'a social safety network'.
