The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of recreational sport for all clubs on stress and well being. Subjects were total 273 male adults over 20 years old(150) participants in sport for all clubs and 123 non-participants in M-city region as of year 2010. SPSS Version 17.0 was used for statistic treatment to calculate standard deviation. The relationship between stress and well being according to whether or not participating in soccer activity was analyzed by independent sample t-test. MANOVA was carried out for frequency of participation, period of participation, time of participation and intensity of participation. It was investigated that participation in sport for all clubs showed a significant difference in all the sub-factors except for stress and religious well being in category of stress and well being. In category of intensity of participation, there was a significant difference in stress and emotional well being. The frequency of participation, period of participation and time of participation had no effect on stress. In category of time of participation, however, participation in sport for all clubs for more than 2 hours a week had a positive effect on well being and in category of period of participation too, showed a significant difference in physical well being. It was found out that participation in recreational sport for all clubs prevented obesity and adult disease, lowered stress and improved the level of well being, as well as had a positive effect on the quality of life and job satisfaction of recreational sport for all clubs.
