The objectives of this study are to improve the elementary students’ the quality of life and thoughts and attitude about themselves their physical phenomenon by clarifying what relation Taekwondo Training at elementary schools has to Psychological Well-being. The research methodology used was survey for the fourth to fifth graders at an elementary school in K-si in Jeollabuk-do. The responded data were 591 papers totally. In course of the data processing, the demographic traits were analyzed by the frequency analysis, so was the relation between variables and so was the vilification of the differences by t-test and single-variable analysis. After that, the post-test was carried out by Scheffe. All the statistical level of significance was set by p<.05 and then the following results of the study were resulted from. First, in the Psychological Well-being females showed the higher figures about self-acceptance than males. Second, as for the Psychological Well-being all over the body, positive personal relations, autonomy, the life aims, individual growth, self-acceptance, in which the fourth graders showed that they cognize them better than fifth and sixth graders. Third, as for Psychological Well-being such as positive personal relations, autonomy, the life aims, individual growth, self-acceptance the trainees showed higher awareness than non-trainees. Fourth, as for Psychological Well-being in autonomy endurance belt winners and rank-holders showed the higher figures than non-holders. As for the purpose of life, black belt winners and rank-holders showed the higher figures than the unskilled. As for individual growth, black belt holders showed the higher figures than the unskilled.
