This study examined the analysis of the relationship among the organizational culture patterns, empowerment and school organizational effectiveness of elementary school sports instructor perceived. The number of the surveyed for this study was 187 who participated in the elementary school. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire itself was conducted by using SPSS Window 16.0 program, Amos Window 16.0 program the result of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis, path analysis are as follows; The results were as being follows. First, the organizational culture patterns is partially influences on the empowerment and school organizational effectiveness. Second, empowerment is partially influences on the school organizational effectiveness. Lastly there is a causal relationship between the organizational culture patterns, empowerment and school organizational effectiveness.
