This purpose of study are intended to identify a effects of yoga-meditation program on self-esteem and symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) in adolescents. in order to achieve this goal, The subjects of this study was chosen by checking the behavior of patients with Barkley’ ADHD Assesment Tool. The ADHD changes as a function of pre and post-experimental treatment was measured by The Conners-Wells’ Adolescent Self-Report Scale. The self-esteem was measured by the Rosenberg’ Self-Esteem Scale(1965). The treatment of Yoga meditation program took place over a total of 12 weeks, three times per week, per 60 minutes and led by expert. The findings are as follows: First, the behavior problem of ADHD symptoms were statistically significant difference between the pre and post, and between groups. Second, The hyperactivity of ADHD symptoms was statistically significant difference between groups, and between pre-post experiment. Third, The cognitive probrem of ADHD symptoms between the pre and post average was slightly tend to decrease. There was no statistically significant difference. Fourth, The self-esteem were no statistically significant difference between groups, and between the pre and post experiment. However, the trend of average showed increasing trend. Finally, There are statistically significant negative correlation between ADHD’ sub-factors and self-esteem.
