The purpose of this is study was to identify the influence that the trust of member in sports administration organizations has on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which trust scale as amended and supplemented by eisenberger(1986) and konovsky & puge(1994), organizational commitment and job satisfaction scale as amended and supplemented by mowday & steers(1979). 280 subjects were selected from the member in sports administration organizations by the stratified cluster sampling method. among these selected subjects, 240 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, multiple correlation, multiple regression analysis using SPSS/PC+ version 15.0. The following results were obtained: 1. Trust for organization and organizational commitment differ statistically and significantly according to sex and work experience of the members in sports administrative organizations. 2. It was found that trust of member in sports administration on the organization has an influence on the organizational commitment. 3. It was found that trust of member in sports administration on the organization has an influence on job satisfaction. 4. It was found that organizational commitment of member in sports administration on the organization has an influence on job satisfaction.
