This thesis performed an analysis of the relationship among satisfaction with inner support, satisfaction with duties, and customer directionality from inner marketing factors of golf courses and leaded to the conclusions as followings. First, all of the inner communication, educational training, and compensational systems of inner-marketing had a significant effect on the satisfaction with inner support. The factors of inner communication and compensational system had a positive (+) effect on the satisfaction with inner support, but educational training a negative (-) effect. Second, the inner communication, educational training, and compensational systems of inner-marketing had a significant effect on the satisfaction with duties. The factors of inner communication had a positive (+) effect on the satisfaction with duties, but educational training and compensational system a negative (-) effect. Third, the factor of only inner communication of inner marketing had a positive (+) effect on the customer directionality, but educational train and compensational system didn’t have a significant difference in customer directionality. Fourth, inner communication and educational factors of inner marketing had a significant positive (+) effect on management fruits, but the compensational system didn’t have a significant difference in customer directionality.
