The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise training on body composition, cognition and depession in eldery women. Total 15 of subjects were paticipated and had 60min each session with 4 day per week for 12weeks. Depressive symptoms assessed according to the Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D) and Cognitive level assessed according to Mini-Mental State Examination-Korea version(MMSE-K). The result of this study were as follows. 12 weeks combined exercise training was not effective on body fat but improved muscle mass. 12 weeks combined exercise training had a positive influence in cognition level but had not a effective on depression level. These results suggested that the effect of combined exercise training appears to be related to cognition than depression in eldery women.
