This study analyzed patents regarding technique that commercializes waste ground rubber tire powder. There are 46 patent pending in Korea regarding waste ground rubber tire powder conjugation technique and resin processing along with resin composition fields has the most number of applicants. By technology fields, patents related to manufacturing method had the most number of patents, followed by product fields. Resin composition related technique was most frequently used to improve physical property, and various other means including processing method, modifying powder and etc. have been tried. For resin used, recycled resin was most commonly used, followed by thermoplastic resin.

본 논문에서는 폐타이어 고무분말을 활용하여 제품화하는 기술에 대한 특허를 분석하였다. 폐타이어 고무분말을 활용하는 기술과 관련하여 국내에 출원된 특허는 46건이었으며, 수지가공분야와 수지조성물 분야에 특허출원이 많이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 기술 분야별로는 제조방법과 관련한 특허출원이 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 제품분야로 나타났다. 물성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 수지조성에 관련한 기술이 가장 많았으며, 가공방법, 분말개질 등 다양한 방법이 시도되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사용수지로서는 재생수지 사용이 가장 많았으며, 그다음으로 열가소성 수지를 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.
