The purpose of this study is to provide efficient operating measures for the students' internship on the tourism related department in university & college. To accomplish this objective, literature review and a questionnaire were conducted. The random sampling was conducted from July to september 2010 in capital area. Out of 230 questionnaire, 188 were analysed using SPSS 12.0 and frequency analysis, reliability, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. Cronbach's Alpha was .733 to .856. After factor analysis, 5 factors was extracted and named satisfaction of internship, usefulness of internship, preparation of travel agency, preparation of internship trainee, sincerity of internship. The summary of results as follows; first, 85.6% of the students were answered that internship is helpful. And most of the students answered that internship are helpful to field experience, a choice of carrier and get a job. second, the most influence factor of internship were sincerity of internship trainee and usefulness of internship. third, satisfaction factor of internship were usefulness of internship, preparation of travel agency, sincerity of internship trainee etc. fourth, it is need to improvement the internship program, time, term, reward.

본 연구는 대학의 관광관련 학과에서 현장실습이 차지하고 있는 비중에 비해 현장실습에 대한 만족도가 낮을 뿐만 아니라, 형식적으로 운영되고 있다는 점에 착안하여 여행사 현장실습의 효율적 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 현장실습 만족도의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2010년 7~8월에 여행사에서 현장실습을 완료한 대학 관광관련학과 재학생에게 설문조사를 실시하여 현장실습 만족도에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 산학현장실습의 영향요인에 대해 분석한 결과, 산학현장실습에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것은실습생의 성실성과실습의 유용성인 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 실습생이 어떠한 태도로 실습에 임하느냐와 실습이 향후 진로에 어느 정도 유용하느냐가 가장 큰 영향
을 미친다는 것이다. 다음으로 현장실습 만족도에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과, 독립변수들의 상대적인 영향력은 현장실습의 유용성이 가장 크며, 그 다음이 현장실습을 위한 여행사의 준비성, 실습생의 성실성, 실습을 위한 실습생 자신의 준비성 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 조사결과를 바탕으로 산학현장실습의 효율적 운영방안으로 현장실습 유용성 극대화를 위한 현장실습기간의 조정, 실습업체의 관리체계 강화, 현장실습의 체계적 프로그램 운영, 현장실습생의 성실성 확보 등을 주요 시사점으로 도출하였다.
