According to survey to regional volunteer group for disaster prevention, most participants think that those activity is necessary and recognized the importance before joining. The reason operation of those groups is not activated is lack of sufficient consideration about operation. After analysing the survey, two suggestions are presented. First, the representatives of local government and assembly should participate the volunteer group's events. Second, the group's PR should be enlarged.
