The Conflict Management for the Implementation

The decision making that can satisfy completely the people and group is difficult in modern society, the implementation is more difficult than that. Because a implementation process is effected by the diversity and complexity of modern society, the volatility(a sudden change) of circumstances, the scarcity of resource.
This study analyzes the conflict that occurred in the y implementation process and suggests the conflict management of the governmental institution for the effective implementation. This study suggests conflict management model as improvement for the effectiveness implementation. The conflict management model consists of degree of conflict seriousness, approach, negotiation techniques. The point of model is to select negotiation techniques in conditions of circumstance.
This research get a limitation into composition by theoretical discussion. So, a positive and empirical succession research is demanded.
