In the present paper, I shall consider the problem of the interpretation of probability theory and of quantum mechanics. For the first time, I shall attempt to evaluate the Popper's propensity interpretation, and deal critically with it.
In this paper I shall contrast Popper's propensity interpretation with Suppes and Milne. Against Suppes's criticism, which is based on the axiom system of kolmogorov, I shall seek to uphold the axiom system of Popper himself in the "The Logic of Scientific Discovery". But, in relation to Milne's criticism of Popper's conditional propensity interpretation, I shall recognize some validity, while maintaining an objective interpretation of probability. I shall seek to modify Popper's propensity interpretation in that light.
Related to quantum mechanics, I shall examine the criticism of Fetzer and Feuerabend against Popper's propensity interpretation. I shall accept Fetzer's assertion of the logical form of the propensity interpretation that is more convincing than the frequency interpretation.
I also examine the validity of Feuerabend's criticism, based on Bohr's position. And I shall sustain the position of Popper's objective propensity interpretation based on the Bartley's reconstruction, and recriticize the Feuerabend's criticism.

이 논문에서는 확률론과 양자역학의 해석문제를 살펴보려고 한다. 먼저 포퍼의 성향해석을 평가하고, 그것과 관련된 문제를 비판적으로 고찰해 보려고 한다.
특히, 콜모고르보의 공리체계에 기초한 수피즈의 비판에 대해 수피즈와 밀른과 관련된 포퍼의 성향 해석을 대비시켜 볼 것이다. 그래서 “과학적 탐구의 논리”에서 포퍼 자신이 주장한 공리체제를 지지해 보일 것이다. 그러나, 객관적 해석이 견지되는 한, 포퍼의 조건적 성향해석에 대한 밀른의 비판의 타탕성을 인정하고, 그 점과 관련하여 포퍼의 성향해석을 수정해 보일 것이다.
다음으로, 양자역학과 관련하여, 포퍼의 성향해석에 대한 페처와 파이어아벤드의 비판을 검토해 보일 것이다. 여기서 빈도해석보다 설득력 있는 페처의 성향해석에 대한 논리적 형태를 수용해 보일 것이다.
또한 보어의 입장에 기초한 파이어아벤드의 비판의 타탕성도 검토해 볼 것이다. 여기서 필자는 포퍼의 객관적 성향해석을 재구성한 바틀리의 입장을 견지하면서 파이어아벤드의 비판을 재평가해 보일 것이다.
