Manchu language is difficult to use usually because its inconsistency of language and characters. Manchu language is a North Eastern Asian language family. In this paper, we treat the problem about transcription of Manchu by Korean characters. We made the matching table of Manchu alphabets to Korean alphabets. Mainly modern Korean is used to that table, but only 'ㆄ' is used for 'f'. Manchu phonemes that are not discriminated in Korean are not perfect in the table, therefore this research is tentative. Borrowing of character is not application of phonetic symbol itself. Phoneme-grapheme rule is the characteristic for each language, therefore optimization of the number of alphabets is substantial and important problem rather than making new characters.
