“Internet of Things” concept is promoting the development of China RFID technology and communications network. The history and development of the mobile phone in Internet of Things were introduced firstly．The contrast between the application of the mobile payment and RFID leaded to the conclusion of the appropriate useful direction of the mobile phone in Internet of Things.
