Novel is composed of Fantasy and Realism. After the term of modern age, Fantasy is forced to recognize such as an escape from reality, extravagance, an antisocial action. It is originated from prejudice about Fantasy literature. According to the purpose of study classify two aspect of Fantasy which examine the meanings definitely. First, the aspect of Fantasy comes from Korean Modern novels. 1)To suggest and improve for negative reality in surrealism. 2)Hopeful principle through going for paradise. 3)Restoration of subconsciousness devides and examines the meaning. As a result, the Fantasy operates depress our reality against improvement, to hope for better than now includes the principles of new birth and be able to find positive fact for restore unconscious desire of human. Taking this study, Fantasy Literature produces more various types and the meaning also can expand to wider and deeper.
