This article was to scientifically analyze Jiri Kylian's masterpiece “Les Noces” and was to study its choreography phenomenon in depth. Furthermore, this paper sought to disclose a choreography process, which has been recognized as a sensuous phenomenon, as a logical system. For this, a analysis of video taped-works based on a literature study was conducted, wherein a discussion and work to confirm with seven experts and peer-researchers was carried out in order to establish the reliability and validity of the work analysis. The study's results and conclusions are as follows: First, the composition of the movement of solo, duet and group dance harmonizes with the content of the composition of instruments. Second, as the changeover in movement is at between 10-second intervals and 30 second intervals being very fast, it accords with the point of time when music is converted. Third, a form of the intensity of psychology is a full of ups and downs and a wide high and low being maintained ranging from 40% - 80%. This reinforces the expressivity of the work. Fourth, a group dance utilizes the aesthetic principle of contrast, balance and unity, and a solo dance normally uses the aesthetic principle of change. It is concluded that the choreography phenomenon of Jiri Kylian‘s "Les Noces" has a systematic and logical structure.

본 연구는 세계적인 안무가이자 명작인 지리킬리언의 “Les Noces”를 과학적으로 분석하여 안무현상을 객관적이고 심도 있게 연구하고, 나아가 감각적인 현상으로만 인식되어온 안무과정이 논리적 체계임을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연 구를 토대로 비디오 작품분석을 실시하였고, 신뢰도와 타당성을 확보하기 위해 전문가 및 동료 연구원 7인의 토의 및 확 인 작업을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 및 결론은 다음 같다. 첫째, 솔로, 듀엣, 3인무, 군무의 움직임구성이 악기구성내용과 일 치한다. 둘째, 움직임의 전환이 10초에서 30초 간격으로 매우 빠르며, 이는 음악변환 시점과 일치한다. 셋째, 심리강도의 형태는 굴곡이 잦고 높낮이가 심하며, 수치는 40%에서 80%사이가 유지된다. 이는 작품의 표현성을 강화한다. 넷째, 예술 형식에서 대부분 군무는 대조, 균형, 통일감의 원리로, 솔로는 변화의 미적 원리로 구성되어 있다. 이는 발레의 형식미와 일치한다. 결론적으로, 지리킬리언의 Les Noces 안무체계는 음악구성내용과 변화 및 움직임구성 내용과 변화의 정확한 일치 그리고 강한 표현성과 함께 예술형식미를 지니고 있다는 점에서 이성적이며 조직적인 구조를 지님을 알 수 있다.
