The Types of Leadership of Athletic Coaches and Career Decision Efficacy of High School and University Athletes. The following conclusions were drawn. First, demographic characteristics, efficacy and career decision is partly a difference. Second, the athletic director of the leadership in university athletes and high school athletes affects the efficacy of the career decision. Data analysis was to derive meaningful results. Further research related to the future in performing is to suggestions that some need to improve. First, the unpopular and popular athletes among athletes during exercise leadership style and career decision on the difference in efficacy studies suggest that there is a need. Second, the general characteristics of the study along with other various environmental factorsㆍvarious internal and external factors impact on efficacy and career decision to study is also believed to be worth the research.
