정보기술 근로자의 삶의 만족과 이직 의도에 관한 탐색적 연구

In the modern capitalist systems, the choice of workplace is one of the most important things to individuals. Because people invest lots of time and effort in their workplaces, the job might influence individual's well-being. This paper explores the effects of organizational identification and regret pronness on satisfaction with life and turnover intention. Results from the survey of information technology professionals reveal that organizational identification increases satisfaction with life and decreases turnover intention. Althoguh regret proness decreases satisfaction with life, its effects on turnover intention is not significant. In addition, satisfaction with life is negatively associated to turnover intention. This paper discusses the relationships between individual's job choice and well-being from the positive psychology.
