The goal of this research when about the vice-adaption soldiers from personal counseling converts in group consultation, is to try to observe the effect which appears. In case of the structured group consultation, It has an great influence on activities, interaction between group members included in each period. Through the effect and achievements of the program in each period, we can know all of the consulting phases and how relevant to be more effective plan and management to the empirical materials. In group consultation, the problem of the vice-adaptation soldiers can be enhanced more than the personal consultation. But though problems, they can't adapt to the military, in case of not changing the recognition of the co-workers in service. Despite, we can expect to get the benefits of group consultation by understanding their problems of common soldiers as well as caring soldiers. Caring soldiers not knowing the personal consultation experienced their problems through group consultation objectively. As a result, this thesis is limited because of the minority of the soldiers. But we think that this paper can be directed to the vice-adaptation solders.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 개인상담 중심으로 이루어지는 군 조직 내의 부적응 병사에 대 한 접근이 집단 상담으로 접근하였을 때 어 떤 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 구조화 된 집단상담의 경우 각 회기에 포함된 내용 이나 활동, 집단원의 상호작용에 큰 영향을 준다. 프로그램의 각 회기가 직접적으로 미 치는 영향과 성과들이 상담의 전체적인 측 면과 어떤 관련이 있는가를 살펴보는 것은, 집단상담 프로그램의 보다 효과적인 구안 과 운영에 유용한 경험적 자료를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 부적응 병사의 문제를 개인 상 담을 통해서 해결하는 방법이외에 집단 상 담을 통해서 접근했을 때 다른 집단구성원 들의 동반 성숙효과를 높일 수 있다. 부적 응 병사가 개인 상담을 통해 문제를 해결하 였다 하더라도 생활관 동료들의 인식이 바 뀌어 지지 않을 경우 적응이 쉽지 않을 수 있다. 그러한 경우 집단 상담을 통해 부적 응 병사뿐 아니라, 일반병사들도 그의 문제 를 공동으로 이해함으로써 얻는 효과도 기 대해 볼 수 있다. 연구결과 집단 상담이 부 적응병사 뿐만 아니라 일반병사들에게도 자신을 보다 객관적으로 알 수 있는 경험을 하였음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구가 전군을 대상으로 이루어진 연구가 아니어서 일반 화시키는데 한계가 있지만 향후 부적응 병 사들에 대한 새로운 방향을 제시하는데 의 의가 있다고 본다.
