Exercise Rehabilitation Program Development for the General Public

The purpose of this study was to develop safe and effective exercise rehabilitation program for the general public. For the purpose, men aged 40 and above(47 subjects) executed the exercise rehabilitation program for 8 weeks. The results were as follows; 1. There was a significant difference in flexibility between pre and post exercise 2. There was s significant difference in cardiovascular endurance between pre and post exercise 3. There was a significant difference in body fat % between pre and post exercise 4. There was a significant difference in fasting blood sugar between pre and post exercise 5. There was a significant difference in total cholesterol between pre and post exercise 6. There was a significant difference in bone density between pre and post exercise 7. There was not a significant difference in isokinetic muscular function(muscle strength & endurance of knee extension)
