This article examines the characteristics of enterprise's education and training by its management strategy. For this study, Human Capital Corporate Panel Survey(HCCP, 2009) data collected by Korean Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. 314 cases out of total 473 cases were analyzed for this study. For data analysis, SAS Ver 9.1 was utilized and Descriptive analysis, Crosstab analysis, χ2 test, T-test, and Analysis of variance are used. The results showed that there were statistically differences in existence of education division, HRD planning, and in-house program development. There were also statistically differences in number of employees who took e-learning and postal long distance education program. The level of financial support for education in private education institute and graduate schools were also shown statistical differences. The research showed statistical differences in the utilization level of career development system, community of practice, and OJT.

본 연구는 원가우위 전략과 차별화 전략을 경영전략으로 하고 있는 제조업체의 경영전략에 따른 교육훈련의 특성을 비교 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 2009년에 실시한 인적자원기업패널(HCCP: Human Capital Corporate Panel)에 응답한 473개 기업 중, 제조업이면서 자료가 유효한 314개 제조업을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석 도구로는 SAS Ver 9.1을 이용하였고, 기초분석, 교차분석 및 χ2검정, t검정, 분산분석 등을 활용하였다. 분석결과 경영전략별로 1)교육훈련전담조직 유무, HRD계획수립 여부, 자체 교육훈련 프로그램 개발여부, 2)인터넷학습 인원 및 비용, 우편통신훈련 교육인원, 3)학원수강료 지원, 국내 대학원 등록금 지원, 4)경력개발제도, 학습조직, OJT 활용 정도에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 경영전략에 따른 기업의 교육훈련비는 기업간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다.
