This study was carried out under the purpose of examining effects of group art therapy on reduction of elementary school students' over-addictive internet using behaviour. The object of study was elementary school students' living in G country who was 9 senior students classified into high-risk group and latent-risk group based on the Korean Internet addiction self-diagnosis Test(K-scale)'s score.
Group art therapy was carried out based on 2 days intensive course of 8 sessions(80 minutes per session) between on 23 and 24. July. 2007. Korean Internet addiction self-diagnosis Test(K-scale) and behaviour observation was carried out both at pre and after the group art therapy program to measure the effects of the program.
Results of the Group art therapy program are as follows. First, Group art therapy had a positive effect on reduction of the elementary school students' over-addictive internet using behaviour. Second, Group art therapy influenced the addictive internet users behaviour so they became more interactive.
