This paper is aimed at introducing case study of building R&D Management System of Korean representative company in Defense Industry.
The total system was effectively designed to be integrated into the analysis of operational process and the government's formalities at a time. This way of system building would be helpful to the other defense industry companies where R&D Management System building is needed.
