It is essential for the defense technology-based companies to acquire new high-technology information before its competitors acquire and utilize it in order to maintain its competence and continuous 'open innovation'. This study is focus on the design of a conceptual model for the 「Defense Technology Information Knowledge Management System(DTIKMS)」, which enables the effective management of defense technology information at management level of a company on the defense industry.
For this purpose, we design the following two subsystems.
First, we design the 「Defense Technology Information Management System(DTIMS)」, which is the core subsystem of the「DTIKMS」.
Second, we also design the 「Defense Knowledge Management System(DKMS)」, which helps 「DTIMS」for increasing utilization of the defense technology information.
