Film industry of Korea is a part of culture industry which is a high value-added industry and it is rapidly growing from 1997. As culture industry is developing, film industry is developing too. Film industry can be divided into three main section: film screening, film production, and film distribution. Specifically, film production section needs a great number of goods and services in series. This means film industry, which includes the film production, has close direct and indirect relationships with other industries. Therefore, this study attempts to analyse the economic impacts of film industry. This study analyse demand-driven model using exogeneous specification and looks for the results of production-inducing effect, value-added-inducing effect, and employ- inducing effect from 2009 to 2014.

1997년 이후 한국의 영화산업은 비약적인 성장을 하고 있으며, 고부가가치산업인 문화산업의 한 범주에 속해있다. 문화산업의 발전과 함께 영화산업도 함께 발전하고 있다. 영화산업은 크게 영화상영, 영화제작, 영화배급으로 나뉜다. 특히 영화제작부문은 수많은 재화와 서비스가 연쇄적으로 필요하다. 이것은 영화제작을 포함하고 있는 영화산업이 다른 산업들과 직·간접적으로 밀접한 연관관계를 가지고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영화산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 외생화 기법을 이용하여 수요유도형 모형을 분석할 것이며, 2009∼2014년까지의 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 취업유발효과의 결과를 구할 것이다.
