The purpose of this paper is to present strategic plan how to form christian world view for university student. First of all, the identity of a Christian university will be researched. A Christian university must be faithful to their intrinsic mission of academic research & education. It also carries out academic research and education based on christianity from the Bible and Church's traditions. Secular methodology should be avoided in this community. This leads us to evangelization of university and ultimately this gives a goal of realizing of the kingdom of God. What is world view? A person's eyes, looking at the world, in other words, it is the view of the world. Christian world view can be explained as follows : listen to the bible and church‘s tradition and located own meaning of existence & destination in it and realize that christian values in the world community as one who received a calling. The reason why formation of the Christian world view is important, because it would lead one's life. World view influence to make a estimation about events, issues, culture, arts, etc. I propose activation of small group meeting as a strategic plan for formation of the Christian world view. Personal contact is occurred in small group environment. In other words, there are personal level conversation in small group. This personal exchange will become an appropriate environment to formation of the Christian world view. People can accept Christian world view voluntarily and actively with personal conversation in small group. Every year, Hansei university open the liberal arts class,『Christianity and the world』to build up Christian world view for freshmen. Particularly the small group environment, "nest group" made results than expected in 2009. I will prove that activation of small group meeting is effective plan to form christian world view by introduce real success example "nest group" in Hansei university.

본 논문의 목적은 기독교 대학 학부생들에게 어떻게 기독교 세계관을 형성시킬 수 있는지에 대한 전략적 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 먼저 기독교 대학교의 정체성을 연구한다. 기독교 대학은 대학의 본질인 학문 연구와 교육을 수행하는 기관으로서의 임무에 충실하되 세속적인 학문 방법론을 지양하고, 성경과 교회의 전통에서 가르치는 기독교적 가치관과 정신에 입각해서 학문 연구와 교육을 수행하는 공동체이다. 이러한 일을 통해 학원 복음화를 이룰 뿐만 아니라, 궁극적으로 하나님의 나라를 실현하는 목표를 가진다. 세계관이란? 한 인간이 세계를 바라보는 눈, 즉 세상을 바라보는 관점을 지칭하는 말이며, 기독교 세계관은 성경과 교회의 전통에 귀를 기울이고, 자신의 존재의미와 목적을 그 안에 두고, 소명자로서 세계 공동체 안에서 그러한 가치를 실천하는 삶을 말한다. 기독교 세계관 형성이 중요한 이유는 세계관은 삶을 인도하는 기능을 하기 때문이다. 즉, 세계관은 사건과 쟁점들, 문화와 예술에 대한 가치기준 등을 평가하는 데 지대한 영향을 미친다. 기독교 세계관 형성의 전략적인 방안으로 소그룹 모임 활성화를 제시한다. 소그룹 환경에서는 인격적인 만남이 이루어진다. 즉, 대화가 인격적인 수준에서 일어나는 장점이 있다. 이와 같은 인격적인 교류가 기독교 세계관 형성을 위한 가장 적절한 환경이 된다. 인간은 인격적인 대화를 통해서 자발적이며, 능동적으로 기독교적인 세계관을 받아들일 수 있기 때문에 소그룹 모임이 중요하다. 한세대학교는 매년 신입생들에게 기독교 세계관 형성을 위하여 『기독교와 세계』라는 교양과목을 개설하고 있다. 특별히 2009년에는 “둥지모임”이라는 소그룹 환경을 통하여 기대 이상의 열매를 맺은 바 있다. 소그룹 모임 활성화가 기독교 세계관을 형성하는 데에 매우 효과적인 전략방안이라는 사실을 실제 적용사례인 “둥지모임”을 소개함으로써 증명하려 한다.
