This research is carried for the role conference evaluation scale development of heads of early childhood education. The questions consist a curriculum, an educational environment, health and safety, management, and parent satisfaction of 5 all with 69 questions, and the survey was taken as well as the satisfaction of the questions, validity and validity of the scale in 3sides. 295 teachers in total took the survey. Considering the quality factor, questions in 5 of total 5 were rated 2.81~4.14 on the average, and standard deviation was .80∼1.36. The discrimination capacity of high and law ranks was divided into 50% of high rank and 50% of low rank, and the variations of the high and low ranked group was significant as a result. To have a look the validity, it was also significant relatively considering the correlation between questions and the sums (p<.01). Reputation of the questions was Cronbach α .97. The scale developed in this survey is suitable for heads of early childhood education as a role capacity.

이 연구는 유아교육기관장의 역할역량 척도 개발을 위해 실시되었다. 문항구성은 교육과정, 교육환경, 건강․안전, 운영관리, 학부모만족도 5개 영역 69개 문항이며 295명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 문항의 양호도, 척도의 타당도, 척도의 신뢰도 세 가지 측면을 중심으로 도구의 타당성을 검증하였다. 문항의 양호도를 살펴본 결과, 총 5점 만점인 문항의 평균이 2,81∼4.14로 나타났으며, 표준편차는 .80∼1.36이었다. 상하위 집단 간의 변별력은 상위 50%, 하위 50%씩 나누어 차이를 비교한 결과 모든 문항에서 상․하위 집단 간 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 구인타당도를 살펴보기 위해 문항과 총점간의 상관계수를 살펴본 결과도 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 문항의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α는 .97이었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 개발된 척도는 유아교육기관장의 업무역량 척도로써 적합하다고 할 수 있다.
