The purpose of This study was to consider and restore the first enactment for competition rules of Teakwondo at KTA(Korea Taesudo Association) in 1962. Through this study, the following conclusion were drawn; The first enactment for competition rules of Taesudo at KTA were 10 articles all in 1962. This items were that articleⅠ was purpose of competition rules of KTA, articleⅡ was composition and duty of referee, article Ⅲ was capacity and competence of referee, article Ⅳ was chief referee, article Ⅴ was sub referee, article Ⅵ jury referee, article Ⅶ was division of contest, article Ⅷ score of attack, article Ⅸ was matter of demerit mark, and article was Ⅹ was matter loss of qualification. This contents of 10 articles were the same conclusion in front. Especially, I would like to suggest that we need more following research about date of the first enactment for competition rules of Taesudo at KTA in 1962, and we need more following research about records of amendment for competition rules of Teakwondo at Korea Teakwondo Association form 1962 to 2009 now.

본 연구에서 대한태수도협회 1962년 제정 최초 태권도 경기규칙에 관해 고찰된 결론은 다음과 같다. 현재 대한태권도협회나 세계태권도 연맹에서 주장하는 1973년 5월 28일 제정되었다는 태권도 경기규칙
은 당시에 제정되지 않았고 기존의 대한태권도협회 경기규칙을 수정․보완하여 그대로 적용하였음을 확인하였다. 물론 1973년 당시 제정되었다는 태권도 경기규칙도 존재하지 않는 것으로 판단하였다. 따라서 현재 대한태권도협회나 세계태권도연맹의 태권도 경기규칙 제정 및 개정 기록에서 공시하고 있는 1973년 5월 28일 제정 기록은 분명히 큰 오류를 범하고 있는 것이다. 이는 잘못된 기록이며 수정되어야 한다고 판단하였다. 결국 대한태권도협회의 태권도 경기규칙 제정은 1962년 최초 제정된 대한태수도협회 태권도 경기규칙으로 기록되는 것이 올바르며 타당하다고 보았다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 1962년 대한태수도협회에서 최초 제정된 태권도 경기규칙을 고찰․복원하고자 1962년 제정 이후 몇 차례 개정된 경기규칙을 찾아 역추적으로 개정된 내용을 비교․분석한 결과, 본 연구의 결론과 같다.
