This research is, for the purpose of examining how intellectually-disabled students’s special exercise program have an effect on physical function, conceived to find the degree and difference of special exercise program along with the cause of change in demographical specifics and physical function. For the purpose, special exercise program is set to be independent cause of change, and the influence and effect of physical function development by applying this experiment dependent cause of change. In addition, gender and age of students, which were anticipated to have strong influence on the application of special exercise program
from previous research, is fixed to be cause of change in demographical specifics. The subject of this study is intellectually disabled students. For experiment group, special exercise program is periodically applied while general exercise program based on general abilities is applied for control group. In result, special exercise program for intellectually-disabled student is, in general, discovered to help develop muscles for formal and detailed device for the function of self-sustained living and physical function. The suggested special exercise program is; henceforth, demonstrated to be a suitable program for intellectually disabled students.
