The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role perceptions and job stress on organizational effectiveness among sport organization members, exploring the cause, and effect of these factors.
The target population of this study consisted of employees of sport organization members. The 600 subjects were selected by the stratified cluster random sampling method from the members in sport organization. Questionnaires of 528 administered in this study. The statistical methods utilized in this study for collected data were reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis.
The implications of the study are as follows.
1. Role perceptions among sport organization members affects job stress. The higher the role perceptions, the higher job stress. 2. Role perceptions among sport organization members affects organizational effectiveness. The higher the role perceptions, the lower organizational effectiveness. 3. Job stress among sport organization members affects organizational effectiveness. The higher the job stress, the lower organizational effectiveness.
