The purpose of this paper was to determine the relationship among participation motivation, service satisfaction and re-participation intention of women in dance sport. Out of 279 consumers in Seoul and Gyeonggi provincial areas who participated in dance sport programs in 2008, 248 were selected as subjects for final analysis. Through the convenience sample collection method, the object person was included in the final analysis. As for the disposal of collected data, SPSS/PC 14.0 statistics package program for Windows have been used. The result of this study can be summarized as the follows:
First, motives of participants, service satisfaction and re-participation intention in dance sport, there was significant correlation among establishment satisfaction, program satisfaction and coach satisfaction in service satisfaction factor. Second, attainment and ability exhibition factors effect upon establishment satisfaction, operation and attainment factors effect upon program satisfaction, operation, attainment and self-materialization factors effect upon coach satisfaction. Third, it was found out that service satisfaction of participants in dance sport had impacted on re-participation intention of women.
