This study aims to find out illustrative relation between continuance of training and instruction type of instructors at Taekondo schools.
To accomplish the objective trainees in Taekwondo schools in Seoul and Gyeouggi areas Selected at the study objects and data of 176 trainees were used with the of the stratified cluster random sampling. In regrd of the research tools the questionnaire developed by Chelladurai Salde(1978) and verified by Kim Byeunghyun et.al(1990) was used for instruction type, and the scale used for ontinuance of training. For date processing the statistical program of SPSS PC+ 15.0 Version for WINDOWS was used and descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted.
The results obtained through the above study methods and procedures are as follows:
First, there are partial differences in the instruction types according to demographic features. There is partial difference in the instruction types according to ranks and training period, continuance of training is different according to ranks and training period.
Secondly, instructors instruction types in Taekwondo school has effect on continuance of training. In case of the effect of instruction types of instructors at Taekwondo school on continuance of training, aggregate behavior, and social support behavior exert passive effects.
