This study investigates the structural transformation of sport organizations of Korea and Germany
according to Social Change. The social change has categorized into political, economical and socio-cultural aspects. The sport organizational structures are investigated in terms of governmental, civil and related sports organizations. The periodical scope for collection of data was over one century from 1900 to 2010.
The collected data were analyzed using matching or differentiating method (Mill, 1969), contrasting the situation and finding the macro causal chain methods (Skocpol, 1980). After selecting the indicators for social change and the transformation of sport organizational structure and analyzing the data, the following conclusions were obtained: Firstly, for a common factor, the political change such as government intervention in sports, strengthen the sports policy, strengthen the sports diplomacy, diversification of sports policy, strengthen the ideology and national phase improvement in both countries strengthen the structure of their civil and government sport organization. For the speciality, civil sports organization in korea has been
established for the purpose of recovery of the sovereignty of nations, legal institution and expansion needs of sports organization. Civil sports organization in Germany has been established for the purpose of national integration. Secondly, for a common factor, there is no common factors in structural transformation of sport organizations of Korea and Germany according to economical change. For the speciality, the economical changes such as the economic crisis were influenced in reduction of sport organizations in Korea. Thirdly, for a common factor, the socio-cultural change that troubles have arisen between sport organizations in both countries were influenced in integration of their civil sport organizations. Government sports organizations such as ministry of sport has been established for enhance national glory in both countries. For the speciality, the socio-cultural change such as disparity in wealth were influenced in reduction of civil sport organizations in Korea
