An analytical study was performed to apply upgrading design of the shape of established transmission tower. Finite analysis of transmission tower using beam element and shell element perform and Propose of analytical ultimate strength of member based on nonlinear analysis of local and partial finite element model used. Providing an design guide to development of limit state design specification for electric transmission tower.
