Since then, Republic of Korea according to the Convention on Climate Change and Sustainable Building Research of the plan, the development is actively conducted. Therefore, this study considered the Environment Factors of Sustainable Building Envelope Design for the Environment and Climate Research, as part of the process of considering the plan is intended to investigate. Sustainable Building Envelope of a way of involving the analysis of previous studies to see, Sustainable Building and Planning and the Envelope element of the theory and analysis of the relationship between the Environment Factors. And Environment Factors of Sustainable Building Envelope Design Considering the elements and methods for the study were the following conclusions. Envelope Design Factors of Environment in the climate for considering the plan, depending on climatic factors thermal nvironment, light environment, air environment, according to the Envelope element must be made for the control of each element may have a reciprocal relationship between the comprehensive plan with consideration will need.
