A Study on Verification of Energy Performance Index in ‘Building Energy Conservation Design Standards’ by using BIM

Nowadays, many researches on energy efficient building and green building certification system for green growth have been increased. Although, the need for acquiring green building certification is increasing, domestic green building certification is rated by tabular EPI(Energy Performance Index). However, this method has critical problem that it does not consider locational or geometric differences of building. Consequently, in this study, faster and more effective method for green building certification will be presented by using BIM.
