The purpose of this research analyze the influence of foreign life insurance workers participation in golf on organizational effectiveness . In order to achieve this goal, 202 persons were as subject. Data analysis consisted of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, standard multiple regression analysis.
The result of this study can be summarized as followings : First, difference of organization effectiveness did not appeared as mindful difference depending on golf participation or not of top performer. Second, golf participation frequency of top performer effected upon motivation factor positively. Also golf participation period of top performer effected upon motivation, job satisfaction, job immersion, job outcome factors positively. Third, golf participation degree of top performer effected upon affected organization effectiveness.
