Terror threatens the dignity of life which is the basis of the humanism and it also provokes chaos in society. In order to prevent security hazards, this study analyzes overseas assassination cases from 2004 through 1977 by individual mission types, sorted by the region and by case. The lesson learned from the study is that a small oversight by a security guard may cause a tragedy. Hence, a sound physical and psychological readiness with four phases of integrating and sequence security actions must be constantly repeated.
