According to the improving internet and digital technology was exchanged digital content and document. A a result, infringement copyright problems was increasing. In order to protect copyright watermarking concept art for the Internet Work has begun efforts to use the image files used for watermarking an image file to protect the rights of ownership of the program was implemented. In this paper, how to respect existing access to the Internet and copyright law to keeping the Internet rights to examine what limits and by using the watermarking system to protect copyright is proposed.

인터넷 보급의 확산과 디지털 기술의 발전으로 인하여 많은 양의 디지털 콘텐츠가 인터넷을 통해 유통되고 이로 인해 저작물에 대한 소유권 및 저작권에 대한 문제가 많이 발생하고 있다. 저작권을 보호하기 위해 미술계에서는 워터마킹이라는 개념을 인터넷 저작물에 이용하려는 노력이 시작되었고 워터마킹을 이미지 파일에 이용하여 이미지 파일의 소유권자의 권리를 보호하는 프로그램을 구현하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존에 인터넷 저작권에 관하여 어떻게 접근하였으며 법적으로 인터넷 저작권을 지키는데 한계는 무엇인지를 조사하고 워터마킹을 이용하여 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.
