This study is to understand current managerial problems of private sports facility such as human resources and operational efficiency and to provide a crucial data for which the managers utilize to improve customer satisfaction ,analyzing the patterns and cases of customer based on their characteristic such as their sex educating, career, and salary level for this study, The researcher collected 580 research data to construct a efficient management strategy. The conclusion will be as follows
Customer's social economical character definitely has an effect on decision of purchasing and pattern of it.
For PR materials, mass media does not work well, rather through direct PR system depending on the people who has experience of using sports gym.
The major reason to choose a sports gym is the distance between their home and gym, and also the trailer who belongs to the gym.
Normally 60~90minutes of exercise per once, and 50~100 thousand won was average monthly membership fee. the manager of sports center should have acknowledged that customer was interested in the quality facilities, and the reason why they chosen to use the specific gym is that they want to develop their personal health and fitness level.
