최근 토지보상금의 파급효과에 대한 논의가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아직 토지 보상금이 미치는 토지시장에의 국지적 파급효과뿐만 아니라 거시적 영향력에 대 한 구체적인 연구는 매우 미흡하다. 특히 토지보상금의 자료가 매우 포괄적으로 구축되고 있어, 세밀한 분석에는 많은 제약이 따른다. 토지보상금은 1990년대 후 반 그리고 2000년대에 급격하게 증가하면서 그 파급경로와 효과에 대해 피상적 인 논의만이 있을 뿐이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 토지보상금의 구체적인 구성과 조 달방법을 토지보상업무를 집행하는 정부 및 공공기관을 대상으로 조사하고, 그 재원별로 거시적 차원의 유동성에 미치는 효과와 규모를 파악하기로 한다. 또한 토지보상금이 거시적 차원에서 토지가격에 미치는 영향력의 논리적 인과관계를 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하기로 한다. 이를 통해 토지보상금이 가지는 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
