The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic dance participation on social psychological stress level of the old woman. In order to achieve this goal, through cluster random sampling, a total of 100 were selected among the old woman in seoul and kyunggi. Based on the result, the following conclusions were drawn :
First, a participation of the aerobic dance positively effects social psychological mental health as follows self-esteem, life-satisfaction, hypochondria, unrest upon the old woman.
Second, a participation of the aerobic dance helps the old woman get rid of stress. Third, according to grow older, a participation of the aerobic dance was increased rate of doing away with stress. Forth, the relationship between participant's career of the aerobic dance and stress obliteration is not concerned in age group.
