Remodeling works have no fixed method on classification and technology. Therefore remodeling works which are different from the construction of new building, are executed without proper design, schedule, scope and cost of works which tends to be defined and controlled roughly. The purpose of this resdarch is to provide practical 『practical cost data guide』of remodeling construction by utiling conventional cost data for owners, constructors, quantity surveyors and other participants at the early stage of the construction project.

리모델링 공사는 정형화된 공사유형 및 공사기술을 가지고 있지 않으며 신축공사와는 다른 특수한 공사조건으로 인해 설계자 및 시공자는 미리 충분한 공사계획을 수립하지 못하고, 설계단계에서도 공사범위나 공사비가 매우 부정확하게 결정되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설공사 표준품셈을 이용하여 리모델링 공사 초기단계에서 각 주체인 발주자와 시공자, 적산실무자, 일반인에게 적산기준이 되는 실용적인 근거 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
